Billy, takes care of your car like it was his own! Danny is the owner…. they won’t sell you anything that you don’t need, and give you a heads up what might become an issue! 100% Customer Care! I’d give 10 stars!!!!

Due to living in this area for less than 3 months, I had no idea where to take my 2013 Subaru for service after a rattling noise suddenly appeared. After contacting several auto repair garages in the Myrtle Beach area, the first appointment available was over a week away. Not wanting to wait that long, I finally got to the M’s and contacted Midas on 3354 Waccamaw Blvd. Talked on phone with Billy about the rattle and their free visual inspection. Showed up at appointment time on the following day, and within minutes my vehicle was on the lift and the inspection began. Through a window in the customer waiting lounge, I was able to watch the mechanic perform a thorough check from front to back of the Subaru’s under carriage. Within minutes after identifying the cause of the rattle, the vehicle was lowered. All the exhaust system needed was a new clamp or two. Both Billy and the machinic (whose name slips my mind) were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I hope to see them again for future vehicle service. Wayne D

I pulled up to this place to just get air in one of my tires. One man in picture was too busy with his phone to acknowledge me and the other was standing in front of me and went inside the office and never came back out! Terrible business to not even acknowledge someone

Went here in February for a simple oil change. I have a 2025 Honda accord straight from the dealership (ie no missing parts) so I keep all maintenance receipts of wha I have done. The whole time the man spent trying to sale me tires and trash talk Walmart they should have spent paying closer attention to what they were doing. We were leaving that day to move out of state. After a while on the road (a few hours or so) I could hear something dragging anytime we hit a bump or anything. When we arrived in Texas I took my car to another Midas which informed me that the previous Midas didn’t secure a part back on my car correctly. Immediately we called the Midas in Myrtle beach and the manager wanted to speak to the person who we saw at the Midas here. After doing so now the manager is trying to back pedal and say that I must have hit something along the way and that he saw video where they put 2 extra screws in said part refusing to take any responsibility for what they have done. This is not a used car just missing parts however they are so busy trying to upsell everything they don’t pay attention to the work they are doing. Do not spend your money here I’m now in the process of seeing

I was here in Myrtle Beach for vacation and noticed my front tires needed replacing bad. I searched for the closest place and I so happy it was Midas! They went over and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend them!!
